To qualify for a Rising Phoenix Award someone needs to:
1. Have experienced one or more major life events that initiated a personal transformation
2. Have been demonstrably transformed as a result of these transitions
3. Have done something to help others in the community as a result of their transformation
4. Be willing to share their story and allow at least parts of it to be made public

The Rising Phoenix Community Choice Awards
This year we're giving out five of them, and we'll announce the recipients during the March 19th awards ceremony. The evaluations team will decide who from the group of nominees who will receive the "Most Hopeful", "Most Inspirational", and "Most Impactful" awards.
